
Univision should've played hardball, as they're the ones with the leverage. They could have gone on the air and, truthfully, reported that Romney cancelled the event because they didn't acquiesce to his ludicrous demands. And then they could have listed those demands. There's no way Romney would have cancelled in light of that. But it seems that the disease that afflicts English-speaking journalists in the US - you know, they one where they quiver and defer to those in power - also affects the ones that speak Spanish.
